Refund Policy

All service fees (including property tour fees, consultation fees, and listing handpick fees) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Clients who wish to reschedule or modify a service must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not show up to an appointment or cancel with insufficient notice, the fee will be forfeited.

No refunds will be provided for client-initiated cancellations after services have commenced.
